Acceptance of Terms of Use

Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on fz150. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these terms.
Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. fz150 will never ask for your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or phone. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
User Responsibilities & Platform Prohibitions
As a user of the fz150 platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following while using our services:
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law
- Attempting to access another user's account or platform systems without authorisation
- Distributing malware, viruses, or any other malicious code through the platform
- Using bots, automated scripts, or other methods to exploit the betting system
- Engaging in fraud, misrepresentation, or any activity intended to deceive the platform or other users
- Sharing or transferring your account to another party
Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in account termination and legal action where applicable.
Payments, Transactions & Currency
Currency & Deposits
All transactions on the fz150 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform accepts deposits via supported local payment methods, including bank transfers through FPX and approved e-wallets. Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds belong to them and are obtained through legitimate means. Deposits using third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
Withdrawals & Verification
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same account or payment method used for the original deposit, unless separately agreed upon. Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or for amounts exceeding certain thresholds. fz150 reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold pending further review for security and compliance purposes. All processed transactions are final and cannot be reversed.
Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits
Account Suspension & Closure Rights
Fz150 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of terms of use, suspected fraud or illegal activity, provision of false information during registration, or upon request by the relevant authorities. Any remaining balance in an account closed due to a terms violation may not be refunded, subject to fz150's case review decision.
Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Any valid remaining balance will be refunded in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures following identity verification.
Liability Limits
Fz150 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. fz150's total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim. The platform makes no guarantees regarding the outcomes of any bets or games.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content, designs, logos, brand names, and software on the fz150 platform are the exclusive property of fz150 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission. The platform may contain links to third-party websites. fz150 is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of those external sites.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Fz150 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without individual notice to each user. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be interpreted to the fullest extent possible, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
